Contrary to general public belief you currently need a Motorcycle License or a minimum of an M-1 License to operate any motorized 2 wheel vehicle that does not have pedals regardless of the size of engine or motor.



A MOTORCYCLE LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO DRIVE  SCOOTERS ON PUBLIC ROADS IN ONTARIO.
